When I first started working in the business I was only 14 years old and I can remember being able to meet just about every customer and almost be able to call them by name. As we have grown I do not get to meet all of you like I used to, but I want you to know that my father and I are just as committed to making sure you are completely satisfied now than we were back when we first started in 1972. Customers like you are responsible for our strength and success in the plumbing buisness and your business is extremely appreciated.
